Returns & Refunds

Returns are free for UK orders.

If you wish to return your order for any reason, please contact us so we can provide a return label.

If you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition please head over to our Contact Us section so we can get this fixed for you.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is received it will be processed within 5 working days and a refund to your original payment method will be issued.

Refunds can take an additional 5 working days to be processed by the payment providers. PayPal refunds are instant.

For International returns you will need to pay for the return (unless the item is damaged/defective). Please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage receipt until after your refund is processed.​
